Participation Framework and Program Support Overview

Kunst Harmonie is a Membership-Based international music community for youth worldwide. Guided by a long-term developmental vision, the community provides registered members with structured artistic programs and international exchange opportunities. Its mission is to build a stable, sustainable, and publicly valuable arts platform at the intersection of professional music education, cross-cultural and interdisciplinary collaboration, and long-term artistic development.

Kunst Harmonie does not operate as a single competition or short-term event. Rather, it functions as a year-round artistic ecosystem that integrates professional evaluation, artistic mentorship, international collaborative initiatives, and staged performance experiences at key milestones of artistic growth.

To ensure consistent educational quality, professional standards, and fairness across all programs, Kunst Harmonie adopts the following participation structure and support framework.

Annual Membership

Annual Membership: USD 160 per calendar year  (January 1 – December 31)

Late-Year Enrollment Policy
Applicants joining after September 1 will receive membership valid through December 31 of the following year.

Kunst Harmonie operates under an annual membership model, which serves as the foundational structure of the community.

All students wishing to participate in the Kunst Harmonie International Music Artist Selection Program and any subsequent artistic projects are required to complete annual membership registration prior to participation.

Annual membership constitutes a required component for entry into the Kunst Harmonie educational and artistic system.

The membership structure is designed to:

  • Establish a stable and continuously operating arts education community

  • Ensure that community operations are not dependent on individual event fees

  • Safeguard the independence and professionalism of the evaluation process

  • Maintain consistency in long-term program planning and educational standards.

Membership support is allocated toward essential operational costs, including but not limited to:

  • Long-term planning and development of artistic and educational programs

  • Coordination and collaboration mechanisms involving international artists and the Artistic Advisory Council

  • Development of community courses, lectures, and artistic exchange initiatives

  • Member services, communications, and information management systems

  • Platform maintenance, administrative compliance, and core operational expenses

Completion of annual membership registration is a prerequisite for participation in the Kunst Harmonie selection system and all subsequent artistic programs.

Membership support does not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, any form of guarantee of selection, admission, or invitation.
