Jorge Soto 

Music Director & Conductor

Jorge Soto is a Venezuelan-American conductor and violinist whose distinguished career reflects a deep commitment to artistic excellence, educational service, and cross-cultural musical engagement throughout the Americas. In 2023, he was appointed Principal Conductor of the United Nations Festival Orchestra for Hope in New York City, underscoring his expanding presence on the international stage.

 

He concurrently serves as Music Director of the New Philharmonia Orchestra in Newton, Massachusetts, and Principal Guest Conductor of the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra in Worcester, where he has cultivated wide-ranging programs and community-oriented artistic initiatives.

Mr. Soto maintains an active association with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops, and has conducted the Boston Symphony Chamber Players on multiple occasions, including performances at Jordan Hall and Symphony Hall featuring works by Stravinsky, Elena Langer, and Jessie Montgomery.

 

Since the 2020–21 season, he has regularly served as assistant or cover conductor with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, collaborating with Andris Nelsons, John Williams, David Robertson, Giancarlo Guerrero, Thomas Wilkins, and Stefan Asbury.

 

Born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, he received his earliest musical training through El Sistema and is a founding member of the Simón Bolívar National Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela. He remains actively engaged with El Sistema, returning regularly to teach violin, coach chamber ensembles, and conduct youth and professional orchestras, reflecting an ongoing commitment to high-level music education and community-based artistic development.

Vince di Mura

Music Director & Composer & Pianist

Vince di Mura is an internationally active composer, pianist, arranger, and musical director with extensive experience across symphonic, jazz, theatre, and cross-genre music. He currently serves as Resident Music Composer and Musical Director for the Lewis Center for the Arts at Princeton University and has appeared on concert stages and in theatre productions throughout North America, Canada, Europe, and Latin America.

His work spans orchestral composition, jazz performance, theatrical direction, and multimedia collaboration. His recent large-scale symphonic work, Oh God…Beautiful Machine, commissioned by the Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey, combines full orchestra, jazz ensemble, choir, spoken text, and multimedia elements, exploring humanity’s relationship with technology, nature, and the modern world.

The work as a whole presents a distinctive cross-cultural philosophical perspective, reflecting Eastern thought in both its musical structure and aesthetic conception, and particularly embodying an artistic expression aligned with traditional Chinese aesthetic principles

Muen Vanessa Wei

Steinway Artist, Concert Pianist, Educator

Dr. Muen Vanessa Wei is an internationally active pianist acclaimed for her refined artistry and virtuosic command. Critics have praised her “delicate playing” and “admirable virtuosic skills” (The News-Gazette), and her work has earned significant international recognition, including a 2026 International Classical Music Awards (ICMA) nomination for Premier Recordings for her latest album on Toccata Classics. She has appeared as a soloist and chamber musician on major stages worldwide, performing under the direction of conductors such as Ian Hobson, Donald Schleicher, and Xiaoying Zheng, and collaborating with distinguished artists including Lynn Harrell, Joel Smirnoff, and Ko Iwasaki. Her festival engagements include the Gilmore Keyboard Festival and the Montecito International Music Festival, and in 2017 she was invited to present a solo recital at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Wei’s discography has been widely praised by international critics. Her 2025 Toccata Classics release featuring the solo piano works of Jean Louis Nicodé was lauded by Pizzicato for its expressive clarity and elegant lightness, while her earlier album Im 3/4 Takt (2019) was described by Fanfare as “one of Centaur’s finest releases to date,” with American Record Guide highlighting her “remarkable” and “superb” technique. Her achievements also include top prizes in numerous international competitions across the United States, Europe, and Asia. In addition, she has received prestigious fellowships from the University of Illinois and the Montecito International Music Festival, further affirming her standing as a pianist of exceptional artistic depth and international stature.

Lina Song

Pianist & Educator & Entrepreneur

Lina Song is an accomplished pianist, educator, and entrepreneur with an active career spanning performance, music education, and business leadership. She has appeared at international music festivals worldwide, including the Terra Magica Music Festival in Croatia, the International Piano & Chamber Music Festival Philippines in Manila, the MusicAlp Festival in France, and the International Keyboard Institute & Festival in New York.

In addition to her musical career, Ms. Song is an entrepreneur and co-owner of Presto Packaging Solutions, a large-scale manufacturing company operating in the United States. She is honored to serve as a member of the Chicago College of Performing Arts Advisory Board, contributing her artistic insight and professional experience to the advancement of performing arts education.

Shu Claire Liu

Pianist & Educator & Founder

Dr. Shu Claire Liu is a concert pianist, educator, and arts organizer dedicated to cross-cultural artistic exchange and youth music education. 

She has presented solo performances at venues including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Shanghai World Expo, and major concert halls throughout the United States, China, and Europe. In addition to her performance career, she actively participates in international arts education and cultural exchange initiatives. She was invited by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the United States to serve as a jury member for the "Youzi Scholarship" (Arts Division), contributing to the development of young artistic talent and the promotion of cross-cultural understanding.

Her scholarly research focuses on cross-cultural interpretation, inclusive music education, and the social impact of music.  This vision also forms the core mission of Kunst Harmonie — to connect cultures through music, foster mutual understanding, and cultivate a new generation of young artists with a global perspective and humanistic awareness.
