The United Nations International Youth Day Arts Forum and Artistic Presentation is an invitation-only program.

All participants are selected jointly by the Kunst Harmonie Organizing Committee and the Artistic Advisory Council from the International Music Artist Selection Program and are formally invited to participate.

Invited participants are not required to pay any participation fees for the concert or forum.
